Exhibit Hall Layout for the CBBCA's INFO FAIR 2009

The INFO FAIR 2009 will be held Sunday, February 8 from 1PM to 3PM at the Community Centre in Constance Bay Village, as part of the Constance and Buckham's Bay Community Association's Annual General Meeting 2009.

Both the INFO FAIR 2009 and the AGM will be hosted in the Playhouse Hall on the 2nd floor of the Centre.

There is an elevator available.

Here is a rough draft of our present exhibits layout. At the very bottom is the theatre stage. The large square adjacent is the seating for the meeting. The exhibits will be along the walls at the sides and back of the hall. IMG_3938.JPG	The front east side of the hall shows the kitchen serving window and two of the kind of tables supplied to exhibits. The tables are 8 feet long by about 2 1/2 feet wide (2.5m by 1m). There will not be exhibits in this area, which is directly adjacen the meeting seating block (about 6 rows of 12 chairs each.) IMG_3930.JPG
